Cranes Over Indiana: Adult and Teen Program

Join us for two exciting presentations from the International Crane Foundation!

Children’s program, 4pm: What do whooping cranes need to live in a wetland? Why are wetlands important? Children and their families can find out through a hands-on activity and presentation from crane experts! Girl Scouts attending will earn the Animals badge! Pre-register through Girl Scouts of Central Indiana to receive your badge.

Adult and teen program, 6pm: Learn how to identify Sandhill Cranes and Whooping Cranes by sight and sound, where they live, and all about their history. Find out about the Whooping Crane reintroduction program and how you can a part of the effort to protect them.
