Yoga for Every Body – Holiday Edition (Adult Services)

Join Madison and Ana on December 5 at 10 am for a good morning stretch with a holiday flair. Whether you prefer to stretch on the floor or use a chair to adapt the movements, all poses will be demonstrated. Follow along with a simple yoga flow at your own level and pace in a relaxed and low-pressure environment. Beginners encouraged to attend, but every body is welcome. Register on this page to attend.
