The Kaleidoscope Kit is the final bi-weekly Summer Discovery Take Home Kit. In this kit you will receive supplies to create your own kaleidoscope and an optical illusion. Stop by the Children and Teen Department to pick up one kit per child while supplies last. While you're here, pick up a calendar of all our upcoming kits and programs, plus you can learn how your child can participate in challenges to win prizes all summer. Remember, reading colors your world!

It's time for slime! Whether you've made one or one hundred slimes, there's always a new type of slime to be invented. Join us outside at the Bedford Public Library to fill your recipe with charms, beads, foam, and more! July 27th @ 4pm. Weather permitting.

Block out some time to build! Help your child learn, play, and grow with the Block Party in a Bag kit from Lawrence County Purdue Extension. Kits include a set of wooden blocks, block building challenges, and information on the many benefits of block play. Pick up at the Library today on the Children and Teens floor!
