Bedford Public Library 1323 K Street, BedfordIt's Socktober! Pair up with us and Hoosier Uplands to provide socks and shoes to young children in need in Lawrence, Martin, Orange, and Washington counties. Through October 30th, you can drop off new socks and shoes at the Library. Donated items will go to children age 3-5 enrolled in the Hoosier Uplands Head Start program.
Story Walk (Children and Teens)

From October 12-November 9, the picture book Big Dance by Aoife Greenham will be displayed at 8 locations. Start at the Library to grab your map, then make your way along the route to read the entire story. When you're finished, head back to the Library to get a certificate and a prize!
