Join Ana for a good morning stretch. Whether you prefer to stretch on the floor or use a chair to adapt the movements, all poses will be demonstrated. Follow along with a simple yoga flow at your own level and pace in a relaxed and low-pressure environment. Beginners encouraged to attend, but every body is welcome. Join us on Monday, October 16 at 6pm in front of the fireplace at the Library for an author reading with local author Mr. Nick Webb. He will be reading from Cicadas, his newly published book of short stories.

Create your own spooky terrarium complete with air plant and learn about the Gothic Literary origins of the classic spooky images used to decorate them with on October 19 from 6pm to 7pm.  Adults can register on this page.

Get ready to relax, listen, and reflect at Adult Story Time on the Adult Services floor on Monday, October 23 from 6pm to 7pm.  Join April in front of the fireplace to listen to short stories read aloud.  You can enjoy adult coloring or sketching while you listen, and even share your thoughts at the end if you like.  All adults are welcome, and registration is not required.  In the spirit of the holiday, we will be reading a gothic short story filled with dark corridors, long shadows, and spooky themes!

Warm up with us at the library!  Pour yourself a pumpkin spice latte and craft your very own banner to hang this fall on Tuesday, October 24 from 6-7pm.  Adults can register on this page. 

Grab your pens and markers and get ready to make your mark! Create your own work of art with varying sizes of dots using the art of stippling with this kit in Adult Services.  Available on November 6 while supplies last.
