Route begins at the Library and maps are available inside. Once you've completed the Walk, stop by the Children's Department for a prize!

Join Ana for a good morning stretch. Whether you prefer to stretch on the floor or use a chair to adapt the movements, all poses will be demonstrated. Follow along with a simple yoga flow at your own level and pace in a relaxed and low-pressure environment. Beginners encouraged to attend, but every body is welcome.
