Yoga for Every Body (Adult Services

Join Ana for a good morning stretch. Whether you prefer to stretch on the floor or use a chair to adapt the movements, all poses will be demonstrated. Follow along with a simple yoga flow at your own level and pace in a relaxed and low-pressure environment. Beginners encouraged to attend, but every body is welcome. Author Reading with Mr. Nick Webb (Adult Services)

Join us on Monday, October 16 at 6pm in front of the fireplace at the Library for an author reading with local author Mr. Nick Webb. He will be reading from Cicadas, his newly published book of short stories.
