Join us for two exciting presentation from the International Crane Foundation!
Children's program, 4pm: What do whooping cranes need to live in a wetland? Why are wetlands important? Children and their families can find out through a hands-on activity and presentation from crane experts!
Adult and teen program, 6pm: Learn how to identify Sandhill Cranes and Whooping Cranes by sight and sound, where they live, and all about their history. Find out about the Whooping Crane reintroduction program and how you can a part of the effort to protect them.

Go on a musical journey to the Middle East with Salaam at the library on November 17 at 6 pm on the Adult Services floor. Weaving stories and music together, Salaam uses traditional and original rhythms and songs to take the listener on a trip to distant shores and times. All ages welcome and no registration necessary.
